Carer Escapes is established to be a social enterprise whose purposes are to:

Facilitate wellbeing retreats, events, and activities that support, connect, and enhance the wellbeing of unpaid carers.
Create inclusive spaces and opportunities that foster community, build connection, and strengthen the social and emotional resilience of carers.
Advance the wellbeing of carers through collaboration with other organisations to expand access, share resources, and deliver programs that benefit carers and the broader community.

Our Promise to Carers and Partners

At Carer Escapes, we are dedicated to supporting and celebrating unpaid carers by delivering high-quality wellbeing retreats and events across NSW. Carers are at the heart of our community, and we work closely with partner organisations to design safe, inclusive, and tailored programs that foster connection, confidence, and wellbeing. Our team and facilitators maintain up-to-date professional qualifications and insurance to meet compliance requirements, and we operate with transparency, integrity, and open communication. Guided by our Advisory Board’s lived experience and sector insight, we continually seek feedback and collaborate with carers, families, and organisations to ensure our programs are relevant, impactful, and responsive to the needs of the carer community.

Compliance

We understand the compliance requirements of large organisations and are always ready to provide up-to-date qualifications, insurance certificates, and policy documents. All members of our team and external contractors, including therapists and facilitators, hold relevant professional qualifications and insurance, ensuring your organisation’s standards and obligations are fully met.
